VALIC Hurricane Harvey message
As you are aware, Houston and the surrounding area have experienced the effects of Hurricane Harvey and the catastrophic flooding in its aftermath over the last several days. The safety and security of our employees and their families continue to be a focus, and we will monitor their progress and offer assistance to them, as needed, in the days to come.
In addition, VALIC's business continuity plan fully contemplates this type of event. As such, we are prepared to respond by a combination of shifting operations to other locations and through remote access services to manage business needs with as few delays as possible until normal business operations are fully restored in Houston.
